Everything listed on the package: the custom animated explainer, script refinement, narration and captions, your branding and supplied references, human review and quality control, one consolidated revision round, a finished 1080p MP4 and commercial usage rights. Prices are per finished video, in US dollars. There are no AI usage fees, software charges or subscriptions on top, and nothing is added without your agreement.

You send a brief. We refine your script, or develop one from your notes, and plan the creative direction; wherever it’s practical, you approve the concept and script before substantial production begins. We produce the animation and review it ourselves, then send you the first complete draft. You reply with one consolidated round of changes, and we deliver the finished video.

Each package includes one consolidated revision round after the first complete draft. Gather your team’s feedback into one list, and we’ll make reasonable adjustments to wording, timing, captions, visual details, branding and minor animation elements. Substantial changes, such as an entirely different concept, a new script or major scene reconstruction, go beyond the package and need a separate quote. Corrections of our own factual or technical production errors never count as your revision: we fix those regardless.

It depends on the length, the complexity and how quickly feedback comes back, so we don’t promise a turnaround before we’ve seen your project. We agree a schedule with you before production starts. If you have a deadline, tell us in your request.

Yes. Send your colors, fonts, logos and any brand guidelines, and we’ll design the animation and its typography around them.

Yes. Send your script and we’ll refine it so it works over animation, or send notes and references and we’ll develop the script from them. Product documentation, papers, diagrams and videos you like all help. You approve the script before production starts.

We research the subject from trusted sources and the materials you provide, tie the script’s claims to them, and show simplifications and illustrative numbers for what they are. You review the script before production. Our animations are explanatory illustrations, not engineering simulations or exact CAD models; for medical, safety or other regulated subjects, your own experts should review the script too.

Yes, as part of a production workflow we built ourselves: AI-assisted tools help with drafting and animation, and the narration uses a licensed AI voice. People direct the work, check the script and its sources, and review and refine the finished video before it reaches you. It isn’t a one-click generator, and AI usage is never billed to you: the package price is the price.

Yes. Every package includes commercial usage rights, so you can use the finished video on your website, in ads, in sales and on social media. The narration voice isn’t exclusive to you, and any stock or third-party material keeps its own licence terms; we’ll tell you about any such material, in writing, before you approve the video.

Choose “Custom project” in the request form and tell us what you have in mind. We’ll say plainly whether it fits, and what it would cost, before any work starts. Longer videos, series, recurring production and specialized animation are quoted on their scope.

No. They’re Exploded Things’ own educational films, made in-house to the same standard, and they weren’t commissioned by the companies or products they mention. We’ll show client projects here only with the client’s agreement.
